Description
The Vicon ROC RS 920 Continuous Merger is a two-element continuous merger equipped with three cams per element. The working width is hydraulically adjustable from 7.3 m to 9.2 m. The distance between the two pick-ups is controlled by a double hydraulic rocker-arm system and can be adjusted during operation. With the pick-ups joined, the machine allows discharge on both sides independently or fully on one side. With the pick-ups separated, the crop can be discharged in the centre, on one side and the centre, or on both sides.
High-capacity 6-bar pick-ups ensure clean crop lifting with gentle handling. The proven Vicon ground-following system delivers consistent performance while preserving crop quality and reducing contamination. Automatic belt shut-off, integrated lighting and hydropneumatic suspension ensure reliable operation both in the field and on the road. The Vicon ROC RS 920 is ISOBUS compatible, allowing intuitive control via the tractor terminal. The machine features a robust frame and low‑maintenance components, supports operation with one element folded, has no braking system, and offers a transport width of 3.0 m.
