• Once the net is applied to the bale, the wrapping table is transferred to the tailgate of the baler unit, ready to receive the finished bale.
• When the tailgate opens, the bale is dropped directly onto the wrapping table, with no interfering steps in between that need to guide the bale onto the wrapping table.
• This provides a safe bale transfer without the bale rolling off the wrapping table, even when working in hilly conditions.
• When the bale is on the wrapping table, it is transferred quickly to the satellite wrapper, and wrapping starts instantly.

• The wrapping table carries and rotates the bale evenly with 4 endless belts and rollers without damaging the film.
• The twin pre-stretchers ensure the wrapping process finishes before the new bale is ready.
• The pre-stretchers are positioned close to the bale to reduce air trapped under the film during wrapping.
• After wrapping the bale, it can be manually or automatically unloaded while forming the next bale. The manual option allows the driver to drop the bale at the most suitable location, ensuring that all bales are dropped in a line for easier pick-up.
• The Vicon FixBale 500 FlexiWrap has a low-mounted wrapping table that guarantees gentle unloading of the bales.
• If necessary, the machine can be equipped with a bale-on-end kit to ensure the bale is tipped off on the end side with the most film layers.

The Vicon FixBale 500 FW is available with film binding for improved silage quality, ease of handling and feeding out bales, and simpler recycling of plastic waste.

Switching from net binding to film binding really simple, you just need to change the knife position and switch it on into the terminal. Different stretch ratios can be easily selected by the operator using the control terminal.
