The Vicon ANDEX 725 and ANDEX 785 are built to deliver consistent raking results across a wide range of farming conditions. The ANDEX 725 covers working widths from 6.4 to 7.2 m, making it well-suited for farms of all sizes. The ANDEX 785 extends capacity further, with working widths from 7.0 to 7.8 m and 12 tine arms per rotor, meeting the demands of professional users and contractors even in heavy crop conditions.
Both models feature the Vicon DUO tine system, which rakes the crop in two rows using reinforced curved 9.5 mm tines. This approach ensures consistent tine height, high raking capacity and smooth, controlled crop flow — without the aggressive setup required by straight tines. Curved tine arms work alongside the DUO system to lift material cleanly from the ground, reducing leaf loss and soil contamination while supporting the formation of airy, well-shaped swaths. The direct result is higher forage quality and better nutritional value at harvest.
The Vicon ANDEX 725 & 785 out with the advanced TerraLink Plus ground following system, which allows the rotors to track field contours precisely in all directions. The system includes the TouchDown Effect — the controlled, progressive way the rotor touches down when entering work and lifts again on the headland, preventing tines from digging into the ground. From the very first metres in the field, including on challenging, uneven terrain, the result is a clean, precise rake with minimal soil inclusion and no damage to the grass sward.
Maintenance is kept to a minimum thanks to the CompactLine gearbox, with oil-immersed cam discs, lifetime oil-bath tine-arm bearings and a fully sealed cam track. Oil level can be checked from the outside without opening the gearbox, and greasing intervals are set at 100 hours — in most cases, just once per season. Double bearings on pinion and crown wheel ensure long-term durability and dependable power transmission throughout the working life of the machine.
Day-to-day operation is straightforward and comfortable. Hydraulic working-width adjustment, laser-cut indicators and a well-organised hydraulic coupler storage position make the machines quick to set up and easy to use from the tractor seat. Controlled rear-frame steering enables smooth headland turns, while ground clearance of over 450 mm in the narrowest position ensures existing swaths are not disturbed. Optional hydraulic transport locks allow folding and unfolding without leaving the cab.
A wide range of options — including 380 mm wheels, mudguards, tandem axle, single-side lift and ballast weights for the ANDEX 785 — allows operators to configure the machine precisely to their field conditions and requirements.
