The continuous merger Vicon ROC RS 1000 is designed for professional use and offers a revolutionary raking system with minimal power requirements. The innovative pick-up system with six rows of springs enables the lifting of crops for transfer onto a conveyor belt, unlike traditional rakes that drag the crop on the ground to the windrow.
This merger offers several benefits, including reducing hay being stripped or lost and improving silage quality. The Vicon ROC RS 1000 can be operated with a 100-horsepower tractor, resulting in optimised working hours, reduced power consumption during harvesting, and uniform and gentle swath production. The 3-pick-up design of the merger allows for perfect ground adaptation, making it adaptable to work in various field conditions such as hills or small fields. This sets it apart from other available systems in the market.
Thanks to its 10m working width, the Vicon ROC RS 1000 merger is also suitable for forming swaths where the crop has already been harvested. In addition, it is the only merger in the market that allows for partial or complete folding in case of an existing swath or a smaller working width due to crop volume requirements.
