The mechanical seeding solution

The Vicon Rau Mecasem L and XL are two tractor mounted mechanical seed drills. The Mecasem L is designed for small to medium size farms. For medium to big farms Vicon Rau has developed the Mecasem XL.

The Mecasem L and Mecasem XL mechanical drills can be used directly mounted to the tractor for solo operation or to a power harrow as well as to a cultivator via a 3 point linkage. The metering system can deliver seed quantities between 1- 400kg. Metering wheels for normal and fine seeds are standard. The special design of the metering wheels results in high quality seed distribution. The metering wheels are water and dust protected by the calibration trays. Easy and safe access to the whole calibration system is ensured by loading steps.
